Warehouse cleaning covers a wide range of work, and a lot of it requires equipment and certification that a commercial cleaning company does not have.
We provide professional general cleaning in warehouse and flex-space facilities: the front office and administrative area, break rooms, restrooms, locker areas, corridors, entry glass, and accessible floor areas at ground level.
We do not provide industrial hazardous cleanup, chemical spill response, confined-space cleaning, high-level cleaning from lifts or racking, machinery cleaning, silo or tank cleaning, or any regulated remediation. Those need specialist contractors with the right equipment, training and permits.
The distinction is worth taking seriously in a warehouse setting, where the difference between general cleaning and specialist work is a safety question rather than a scope preference.

Office, break room and restroom square footage matters far more than the total building size, because that is where the work is.
Shift pattern
Single-shift buildings can be cleaned overnight. Two- and three-shift operations need the work fitted between or around crews.
Headcount
Restroom and break room frequency is driven by how many people use them, not by how large the building is.
Floor surface
Sealed concrete, epoxy and polished concrete all behave differently and need different products and equipment.
Dock activity
Buildings with heavy dock traffic bring more grit and moisture into the walkways near the doors.
Access and safety rules
PPE requirements, site inductions, badge access and no-go zones are agreed before the first visit.
Facilities needing service several days a week may qualify for recurring commercial discounts of up to 35%.

About warehouse cleaning
- Do you clean the whole warehouse floor?
- We clean accessible ground-level floor areas and marked walkways. Full-facility floor scrubbing with industrial ride-on equipment, racking cleaning and elevated work are specialist services we do not provide.
- Do you handle chemical spills or hazardous material?
- No. Spill response, hazardous waste and regulated remediation require licensed contractors with specific training and permits.
- Can you work around our shifts?
- Yes. Tell us the shift pattern and we schedule around it. Single-shift buildings usually get cleaned overnight; multi-shift buildings get a schedule built around the quietest windows.
- Do your cleaners follow site safety requirements?
- Yes. PPE requirements, site inductions, badge access and restricted areas are agreed before the first visit and followed on every one after.
- Do you clean flex space and light-industrial units?
- Yes. Small flex units with an office at the front and a working bay behind are a common arrangement, and the scope works the same way.
