Deep cleaning in Fort Worth, TX

Deep cleaning is the visit that handles what has accumulated: grease film above the range, hard-water scale on glass, dust settled into vents and blinds, and the edges a routine clean never has time for.

  • Detail-led, not faster
  • Bonded and insured
  • 24-hour guarantee

Why the deep clean exists

Buildup does not arrive all at once. It arrives a little at a time, in places a weekly wipe-down never touches, until one day the kitchen looks clean and still feels sticky.

Cooking oil aerosolizes and settles. It lands on cabinet doors above the range, on the hood, on the wall behind the cooktop, and it collects dust as it goes. That film is not coming off with a general-purpose spray and a quick pass — it needs dwell time and the right product.

Hard water does the same thing on the other side of the house. Tarrant County water leaves mineral deposits on glass shower doors, chrome, and stainless. Left alone, the deposit etches and clouds. A deep clean addresses it with scale-specific work rather than hoping a stronger scrub will do it.

The rest is dust in places gravity puts it and nobody looks: the tops of door frames, return-air grilles, the blades of ceiling fans, blind slats, baseboards behind furniture. In Fort Worth, where the AC runs most of the year and pollen seasons run long, that accumulation is faster than people expect.

In addition to a standard clean

What deep cleaning adds

A deep clean includes everything in a [standard visit](/residential-cleaning/house-cleaning) and then adds the detail work below. It is the same house, with substantially more hours behind it.

Kitchen detail
  • Grease film removed from cabinet fronts and hood
  • Backsplash and wall area behind the cooktop
  • Range knobs, drip pans and burner grates
  • Refrigerator and range exterior sides, not just fronts
  • Small appliances wiped and returned in place
  • Sink drain, overflow and faucet base descaled
Bathroom detail
  • Hard-water scale addressed on glass doors and tracks
  • Grout lines scrubbed on tile walls and shower pans
  • Chrome and fixtures descaled and polished
  • Vanity interiors wiped when cleared
  • Exhaust fan covers dusted
  • Toilet base, bolts and hinge points detailed
Whole-home detail
  • Baseboards hand-wiped, not just spot-cleaned
  • Door frames, door tops and casings
  • Window sills, tracks and interior ledges
  • Blind slats and reachable window treatments
  • Light switch plates, outlet covers and handles
  • Return-air grilles and reachable vent covers
Furniture and floors
  • Under and behind movable furniture
  • Upholstery vacuumed including seat seams
  • Carpet edges along the baseboard line
  • Hard floor corners and cabinet toe-kicks
  • Stair risers as well as treads
  • Ceiling fan blades and light fixture bowls when reachable

Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are quoted separately because both can take an hour on their own. Tell us when you book and we will schedule the time rather than shortchange something else.

How long a deep clean takes, and how to prepare

A deep clean typically runs well beyond a standard visit — often two to three times the hours, depending on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and how long it has been since the last professional clean. We would rather book realistic time once than book short and leave the last two rooms unfinished.

You do not need to clean beforehand. It does help to clear the flat surfaces you want detailed: counters, vanity tops, the tops of dressers. Cleaners will work around items left out, but a cleared surface gets a better result.

If you plan to have the carpets professionally cleaned, book the deep clean first. Dust knocked down from blinds, fans and baseboards ends up on the floor, and you want the carpet crew to come after that, not before.

  • Best as a first visit before starting a recurring schedule
  • Common before hosting, after an illness in the house, or at the end of a pollen season
  • Also the right service before listing a home for sale

Deep clean once, then maintain

Most households book a deep clean as the first visit and then move onto a standing schedule at the standard rate. That keeps the buildup from returning, and recurring service carries 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly and 10% off monthly.

Questions

About deep cleaning

How is deep cleaning different from a standard clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable condition. A deep clean removes what has built up over months — grease film, hard-water scale, dust in vents and blinds, and grime along baseboards and edges. Same house, much more time, and a different set of products.
Does deep cleaning include inside the oven and refrigerator?
They are quoted as add-ons rather than being included by default. Each can take an hour on its own, so we schedule the time explicitly instead of absorbing it into the visit.
Will a deep clean remove hard-water stains completely?
Usually it removes the deposit and restores clarity. If North Texas water has been sitting on untreated glass for years, some etching can be permanent — that is damage to the glass itself, not a deposit sitting on top of it. We will tell you which one you have rather than scrub at it indefinitely.
How often should a home get a deep clean?
Homes on a weekly or biweekly schedule often need one about once a year, usually at the end of a heavy pollen season. Homes cleaned less often, or not at all, tend to need one every six months or so.
Can I book a deep clean for one room only?
Yes. Kitchens and primary bathrooms are the two most commonly booked on their own. Tell us which rooms and we will quote the time for those.
