Office cleaning in Fort Worth, TX
Office cleaning is judged by three things: the restrooms, the break room and whatever a visitor sees in the first thirty seconds. Everything else matters, but those are what people form an opinion from.
- Before, after or during hours
- Recurring schedules from once a week
- Bonded and insured

The three areas that decide whether an office feels clean
Restrooms are non-negotiable and they are the first thing employees complain about. They need daily attention in almost any office with regular occupancy, and the parts that get noticed are the ones cleaners rush: the base of the toilet, the underside of the seat hinge, the floor behind the door, the underside of the sink bowl and the dispenser faces.
Break rooms are where an office's cleaning standard is really visible. Microwave interiors, the coffee area, the sink and the front of the refrigerator collect residue quickly and they are shared, which means nobody feels responsible for them. Left alone for a week, a break room turns into the thing everyone mentions.
Reception and entry set expectations for anyone walking in. Glass doors, the floor inside the entry, the reception desk edge and the seating in the waiting area are the surfaces a client actually looks at while they wait.
The workstations themselves matter, but they are more forgiving. Desks are personal space, and most office cleaning agreements are clearer and cheaper when they specify cleaning around personal items rather than moving them.
Typical scope
What an office cleaning covers
Scope is set in the quote, because a 2,000 sq ft professional suite and a 20,000 sq ft floor plate are different jobs. This is the shape most office agreements take.
- Workstations and open plan

- Monitors, keyboards and phones dusted or wiped as agreed
- Chair arms, bases and pedestals
- Shared printer and copier surfaces
- Trash and recycling emptied at every station
- Floors vacuumed including under desks where clear
- Conference and meeting rooms
- Table surfaces cleaned and dried
- Chairs wiped and returned to position
- Glass walls and partitions, both faces
- Whiteboards cleaned where agreed
- AV and conference phone surfaces
- Floors and the area beneath the table
- Break rooms and kitchens
- Counters, sink and faucet
- Microwave inside and out
- Refrigerator exterior, handles and top
- Coffee station, including the drip area
- Tables, chairs and high-touch surfaces

Window exteriors, carpet extraction, floor stripping and refinishing, and specialist equipment cleaning sit outside standard scope and are quoted separately where we can provide them.
Scheduling
Working around your business hours
Most offices want cleaning to be invisible. There are three practical ways to arrange that, and each suits a different kind of business.
After hours
The default for offices with fixed hours. Crews arrive after close, work uninterrupted and leave the space ready for the morning. Requires alarm codes and key access.
Before opening
Suits businesses where the evening is unpredictable but the morning is not. The office is fresh at the start of the day rather than at the end of the previous one.
During hours
Workable in smaller suites and where restrooms and break rooms need mid-day attention. Quieter tasks are scheduled around occupancy.
Split scope
Restrooms and break rooms daily, full floors two or three times a week, and deeper detail monthly. Common in offices with heavy foot traffic but modest desk turnover.
Multi-tenant buildings
Suite-level cleaning arranged directly with the tenant, coordinated with whatever the building already provides for common areas.
Access and security
Key handling, alarm codes, badge access and after-hours building rules are agreed before the first visit rather than improvised.
Offices needing service several days a week — or daily — may qualify for recurring commercial discounts of up to 35%.
What goes in a commercial cleaning agreement
Specificity is what makes an office cleaning arrangement work. A good scope document names the frequency of each task, not just the list — daily, per visit, weekly or monthly — so nobody is guessing whether baseboards were supposed to be done this week.
It should also say who supplies consumables (paper, soap, liners), what access arrangements apply, and how a request outside scope gets handled.
Questions
About office cleaning
- How often should an office be cleaned?
- Restrooms and break rooms in an occupied office generally need daily attention. Full-floor cleaning is commonly two to five times a week depending on headcount and foot traffic. See how often an office should be professionally cleaned for how to work it out for your space.
- Do you clean employee desks?
- We clean desk surfaces around personal items. Most agreements specify that cleaners do not move papers, files or personal belongings — it avoids both damage and awkward conversations. Employees who clear their desk before leaving get a better result.
- Who supplies paper products and soap?
- Usually the client, because businesses have supplier arrangements and preferences already. We refill dispensers from your stock as part of the visit. If you would rather we sourced consumables, say so at quoting and we will price it.
- Can you provide proof of insurance to our building?
- Yes. We are bonded and insured, and documentation can be provided to a landlord or building manager before the first visit.
- Do you clean small offices, or only large ones?
- Both. A three-person suite on Camp Bowie and a full floor downtown are both quotable. Smaller spaces often work well on a two- or three-day-a-week schedule rather than daily.
