A medical office contains two different categories of space, and confusing them helps nobody.
There is the non-clinical part of a practice: the waiting room, reception, corridors, business office, staff break room, records area and restrooms. That space needs the same professional general cleaning any office needs, held to a higher visible standard because patients form impressions there.
Then there is the clinical part: treatment rooms, procedure areas, sterilization and anything involving regulated medical waste or clinical disinfection protocols. That work is governed by standards and training we do not claim, and it belongs with a contractor who specializes in healthcare environmental services.
We provide professional cleaning for the non-clinical space. We do not provide clinical disinfection, terminal cleaning, biohazard or medical waste handling, sterile-environment work, or regulatory compliance services. If your practice needs those, you need a specialist — and we would rather tell you that at quoting than pretend otherwise.

Treatment rooms, operatories, sterilization areas, regulated waste and clinical disinfection are outside our scope. Where a practice wants us in the non-clinical space only, that boundary is written into the agreement.

Almost every practice wants cleaning before opening or after the last appointment. Waiting rooms cannot be cleaned properly with patients in them.
High-touch frequency
Door handles, handrails, sign-in surfaces, chair arms and restroom fixtures in a patient-facing practice get attention on every visit, not weekly.
Restroom priority
Public restrooms in a medical office are used heavily and judged harshly. They usually justify daily service even where the rest of the space does not.
Discretion
Cleaners work around records and paperwork without moving or reading them. Nothing on a desk gets relocated.
Consistent crews
Practices generally prefer the same cleaners week to week. Where the route allows, that is what we schedule.
Access and alarms
Keys, codes and building after-hours rules are set up before the first visit rather than sorted out on the night.

- Do you clean treatment rooms and operatories?
- No. Clinical spaces require disinfection protocols, training and regulatory knowledge specific to healthcare environmental services. We provide professional general cleaning for non-clinical space and we are explicit about that boundary in the agreement.
- Do you handle medical waste?
- No. Regulated medical waste handling and disposal are outside our scope entirely and require a licensed provider.
- Can you clean before we open?
- Yes, and most practices prefer it. Before opening or after the last appointment are both normal arrangements.
- Are your cleaners background-checked?
- Yes. Every cleaner is vetted and background-checked before a first visit, and we are bonded and insured. Documentation can be provided to a practice manager or building landlord.
- Do you clean dental offices, therapy practices and similar?
- Yes, on the same basis — professional general cleaning of non-clinical space. The waiting room, reception, corridors, staff areas and restrooms in a dental office or therapy practice are the same job as in any other patient-facing office.
