When a quote is the right route
Standard residential cleaning can be booked from a menu. Everything below cannot, because the price depends on things a booking form cannot capture.
That is not a sales structure — it is an honest limitation. A booking flow can price a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house on a biweekly schedule. It cannot price a 12,000 sq ft office with four restrooms cleaned four nights a week, or a portfolio of six short-term rentals with tight changeover windows, or a new build where the punch list is still open.

For commercial work we will normally walk the building before quoting. Floor type, entry condition, traffic pattern and how a space is actually used do not appear on a floor plan.

What determines the figure: facility type, square footage, cleaning frequency, scope of work, required tasks, number of weekly visits, operating schedule and any custom requirements. It is set in the quote.
What happens next
A scope first, then a number
For commercial work, the quote produces a scope document: which tasks, in which areas, at which frequency, during which hours, and who supplies what. That is what makes two quotes comparable, and it is what removes almost every future disagreement.
For residential work, it produces a service recommendation and a price for it — including telling you when the cheaper service is the right one.
Either way, there is no obligation attached. If the answer is that we are not the right fit for your property, we would rather say so at the quote stage.

- Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. For commercial work we will normally want to walk the building first, because a number produced from a square footage figure is a guess.
- How long does it take to get a quote?
- For residential work, usually the same or next business day once we have the property details. For commercial work it depends on scheduling a walk-through, which is normally within a few days.
- What information should I have ready?
