The booking and quote pages host forms provided by the Hygiene Maids customer platform at hygienemaids.com, which appear inside this website. Information you enter into them — typically a name, phone number, email address, property address and details of the cleaning you want — is sent directly to that platform, not to this website, and is used by Hygiene Maids to prepare a quote, schedule and perform the service and keep a record of visits. This website itself does not receive or store what you type into those forms.

If you pay for a booking through the booking form, the card payment is processed by Stripe, a payment processor, inside fields Stripe controls. Card numbers are never entered into, transmitted through or stored by this website.

The customer login page does not collect anything. Signing in takes place on hygienemaids.com, where the customer account is held. Your account is governed by the terms and privacy practices published there.

When you use those forms, this website records only that a booking or quote was completed, for the analytics described below — never your name, contact details or payment information.

Information you give us directly

When you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically a name, a phone number, a property address and details about the cleaning you want. We use that information to answer your question, prepare a quote and arrange service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you become a customer, we keep the information needed to schedule and perform the service — contact details, property details, access instructions and a record of visits.
