Start by picking the right service, not the cheapest one

Almost every problem with a first cleaning comes from booking the wrong service. A house that needs a reset booked as a standard visit runs out of time; a maintained house booked as a deep clean pays for work it does not need.

One question sorts out most of it: when was this home last cleaned properly? Inside of two months, a standard visit is the right call. Past six months, start with a deep clean and let standard visits hold the line afterward.

The second question is whether the property is occupied. An empty home — because you are moving in or out — is a different job again, since cabinet interiors, closet floors and the space behind appliances are suddenly reachable and suddenly matter.

Recurring savings

Weekly 20%, biweekly 15%, monthly 10%

Every residential recurring schedule carries a standing discount. It is not introductory pricing and it does not step up after a set number of visits — it applies from the first scheduled clean and holds while the schedule runs.

The reason it exists is practical rather than promotional. A home cleaned on a rhythm has less built up on it, so each visit takes less labor, and a repeating route costs less to run than scattered one-off bookings. Both savings are passed through.

Frequency should follow how hard the house is used rather than how large it is. A busy three-bedroom with pets and someone home all day generates more work in a week than a quiet four-bedroom does in two.

  • Skip, pause or move between frequencies without losing the discount
  • Same crew where the route allows, so nobody relearns your home
  • Add-on work rotated across visits instead of crammed into one

Cleaning across Fort Worth's very different housing stock

Fort Worth does not have one kind of house, and the differences matter more than people expect once you are actually cleaning them.

The historic neighborhoods on the Near Southside — Fairmount, Ryan Place, Mistletoe Heights — are largely early-twentieth-century homes with original hardwoods, tiled bathrooms, deep window sills and wood windows. They reward careful, low-moisture work and they punish aggressive products on old finishes.

The mid-century belt through Tanglewood, Ridglea, Westcliff and Wedgwood is mostly 1950s to 1970s single-story ranches on larger lots. Long horizontal runs, plenty of original tile and a lot of baseboard. These are straightforward homes to clean well and slow ones to clean properly.

North and west — Alliance, Park Glen, Walsh, Ventana — is newer construction: open plans, tall entry walls, luxury vinyl plank and quartz. Fast to clean, but the plank floors show every footprint within a day and the two-story entry collects cobwebs nobody can reach.

And across all of it sits the same North Texas constant: hard water. Mineral spotting on shower glass, faucets and stainless is the single most common thing customers point at, in every neighborhood and every price bracket.

Questions

Before you book

Which service should I book first?
If the home has been cleaned professionally in the last month or two, book a standard visit. If it has been six months or more, book a deep clean first and then move onto a schedule. If you are moving, book move-in or move-out cleaning instead — those are built around an empty property.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers on a schedule provide a door code, lockbox or garage entry. Being there for the first visit is useful if you want to walk the house with the crew, but it is not required afterward.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Cleaners arrive with supplies and equipment. If you want a specific product used on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.
What areas do you cover?
Fort Worth and nearby Tarrant County communities including Arlington, Benbrook, Burleson, Keller, Mansfield and North Richland Hills. See our service areas for detail on each.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to address that area at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the satisfaction guarantee.
