If what you have described sounds like a deep clean rather than a standard one, we will say so before the day rather than run out of time on site.

Walk the house afterward if you are there. If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we return to address it at no additional cleaning charge.

- No. A one-time cleaning is a single visit. There is nothing to cancel afterward and no schedule created unless you ask for one.
- Can I switch to a recurring schedule after a one-time visit?
- Yes, and many customers do. The recurring discount — 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 10% monthly — applies from the first scheduled visit onward.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Weekends and the days before major holidays fill first. If you are cleaning ahead of guests, a week or two of notice is comfortable. Call or text if you need something sooner and we will tell you honestly what is open.
