Recurring house cleaning in Fort Worth
A recurring schedule means the same crew, the same day, the same checklist — and a discount tied to the frequency rather than to a promotion that quietly expires.
- 20% · 15% · 10% off
- Same crew where the route allows
- Cancel or pause anytime
Why recurring service costs less per visit
The discount is not a marketing gesture. A house that gets cleaned on a rhythm is genuinely faster to clean, and routes that repeat are cheaper to run.
Nothing has had time to bond to a surface. Soap film in a shower that was cleaned nine days ago wipes off; the same film after four months has to be dissolved. Multiply that across a whole house and a maintained home takes noticeably less labor than one being reset.
The route matters too. When we are already in Tanglewood or Wedgwood or Alliance on a Thursday, adding a stop nearby costs far less in drive time than a one-off booking on the other side of the county.
Both of those savings are passed through as a standing discount. It applies from the first scheduled visit and holds for as long as the schedule continues.
Pick a rhythm
Three schedules, three standing discounts
The right frequency depends on how fast your house gets untidy, not on how big it is. A busy three-bedroom with two dogs needs more than a quiet four-bedroom.

Getting started
How a schedule gets set up
First visit sets the baseline
If the home has not been professionally cleaned recently, the first visit is usually a deep clean. After that, standard visits hold the line.
We fix the day and the crew
You get a repeating slot. Where the route allows we send the same cleaners, so nobody has to relearn your house every time.
You adjust as you go
Skip a week, pause for a trip, move to a different frequency, or add a room. Tell us with reasonable notice and we rework the schedule.
What changes over time
A schedule lets the work get smarter
On a one-off visit, cleaners are meeting a house for the first time. They do not know that the guest bathroom is barely used, that the back door is the one everyone tracks through, or that the dog sheds against the same baseboard run every week.
On a schedule, that knowledge accumulates. Time gets redirected from rooms that do not need it toward the ones that do, without anyone having to ask.
It also means small problems get caught early — a slow drain leaving a ring, a shower door starting to scale, a vent grille loading with dust. We would rather mention it at week four than find it at month eight.
- Standing discount applied to every scheduled visit
- Same checklist every time, so the work is easy to verify
- Add-ons like interior windows or inside the oven can be scheduled periodically rather than every visit

What the recurring discount is, and is not
It is: a standing 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly and 10% off monthly service, applied for as long as the schedule runs.
It is not: an introductory rate that steps up after a few visits, and it is not a limited-time promotion. There is no separate sign-up fee attached to it.
Discounts apply to residential recurring service. Commercial facilities are quoted separately and may qualify for recurring commercial discounts of up to 35% depending on frequency and scope.
Questions
About recurring schedules
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Residential recurring service is a standing schedule you can pause, reschedule or stop. We ask for reasonable notice so the crew's day can be reworked, but there is no term commitment.
- Do I get the same cleaners every time?
- Wherever the route allows, yes. Consistency is the main practical benefit of a schedule. Illness, vacation and route changes can occasionally mean a different crew, and in that case the checklist and any notes on your home travel with the booking.
- What if I need to skip a visit?
- Tell us and we skip it. Skipping does not cancel the schedule or reset the discount. If you skip often enough that the home is effectively on a longer cycle, we may suggest moving to the frequency that actually matches.
- Does the discount apply to the first deep clean?
- The recurring discount applies to scheduled recurring visits. An initial deep clean is a separate service, quoted on its own.
- Can I change frequency later?
- Yes. Households often start weekly through a busy season and move to biweekly afterward, or the reverse. The discount adjusts to whichever frequency you are actually on.
