What this website is

This is an information and marketing website. It describes the cleaning services we provide, the areas we cover, and how to contact us. It exists so you can understand what we do before you get in touch.

The website does not currently:

• host customer accounts or a login you can create;
• store customer records or booking history;
• process payments;

The booking, quote and customer login pages are built to host applications hosted separately from this website. Those applications are not connected yet, and those pages currently direct you to call or text us instead. When the applications are connected they will be governed by their own terms, which will be made available at that point.

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information here accurate and current. Service descriptions, scopes and checklists describe how we normally work; the exact scope of any particular job is confirmed when it is booked or quoted.

Nothing on this website is a price quotation. Cleaning is priced per property based on factors including size, condition, service type and frequency, and a price is only a price once we have given it to you for your property.

Discounts described on this website — residential recurring discounts of 20% weekly, 15% biweekly and 10% monthly, and commercial recurring discounts of up to 35% for qualifying multi-day schedules — apply according to their stated conditions. The commercial figure is a ceiling for qualifying high-frequency schedules, not a rate applied to every commercial account. Eligibility and the applicable figure are confirmed in a quote.

The satisfaction guarantee is described as follows: If something we cleaned is not right, tell us and we will come back within 24 hours to address it at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the guarantee. Its terms are confirmed when service is arranged.

Photographs

Photographs on this website show work by Hygiene Maids and representative properties. Before-and-after images are presented as matched pairs, labeled in the page rather than in the image files. Results vary with the condition of a property and the surfaces involved, and no photograph should be taken as a guarantee of a particular outcome on a particular property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that damages, disables or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its hosting;
• use automated systems to extract content in a way that places unreasonable load on the website;
