Vetted, background-checked and trained
Every cleaner is vetted and background-checked before a first visit, and trained to work to the same Hygiene Maids method — top down through a room, dry work before wet, edges included, cloths separated by area so a bathroom cloth never reaches a kitchen counter.
The company is bonded and insured, and documentation can be provided to a landlord, HOA, building manager or franchisor when a property requires vendors to be on file.

- What areas do you serve?

- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Most recurring customers give us a door code, lockbox or garage entry. Being there for the first visit is useful if you want to walk the property with the crew, but it is not required.
- Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
- Yes. If you would rather we used a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us, and we will use it there.
- How do the recurring discounts work?
- Residential recurring schedules carry a standing discount: 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly and 10% off monthly. It applies from the first scheduled visit and holds for as long as the schedule runs. It is not an introductory rate.
- Do commercial customers get a discount too?
- Businesses needing cleaning several days a week, or daily, may qualify for recurring discounts of up to 35%. That is a ceiling for qualifying schedules rather than a rate every commercial account receives — it depends on facility type, size, frequency, scope and visit count.
- What happens if something gets missed?
- Tell us within 24 hours and we return to address that area at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the satisfaction guarantee.
