House cleaning in Keller, TX
Keller homes tend to be large, multi-level and bathroom-heavy. That combination changes the arithmetic of a cleaning schedule more than most people expect — and it is usually the bathroom count that decides it, not the square footage.

Larger homes are not proportionally more work — they are disproportionately more
Doubling a home's floor area does not double the cleaning time. Doubling its bathroom count comes much closer.
Homes in Keller communities commonly run somewhere between about 2,000 and 4,500 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and often three or more bathrooms across two stories. Floor area scales cleaning time gently — a bigger living room is still one room with one set of surfaces. Bathrooms scale it steeply, because each one is a dense cluster of slow tasks: glass, grout, fixtures, a toilet, a floor with edges and a mirror that has to be finished dry.
Stairs add a second multiplier. A flight of stairs takes far longer than the equivalent floor area because every tread has three surfaces plus a baseboard and a rail. Two-story homes with a main and a back stair effectively have two of those.
The third factor is the game room, media room or bonus space over the garage that a lot of Keller floor plans include. Those rooms are large, lightly used and easy to under-serve. On a recurring schedule they are best handled on a rotation rather than at full depth every visit.
Building the schedule
What we ask about a larger Keller home
Bathroom count
The strongest single driver. Four bathrooms is a materially different visit from two.
Stories and stairs
One flight or two, carpeted or hard surface. All three change the time noticeably.
Rooms actually used
Formal dining rooms and guest suites that stay closed can go on a rotation instead of every visit.
Floor mix
Wood downstairs, carpet upstairs and tile in the wet areas is the common Keller pattern, and each needs a different pass.
Pets and yard access
Larger lots mean more comes in on paws and shoes, particularly along the back-door run.
Outdoor living
Covered patios and outdoor kitchens see heavy use most of the Texas year and can be added to scope.
Larger homes are usually where the weekly discount makes the most financial sense, because the per-visit time drops most on the properties that would otherwise take longest.

Questions
Keller questions
- Is weekly cleaning worth it for a large house?
- Often, yes — more so than for a small one. Larger homes accumulate more between visits and take longer to reclaim, so the shorter interval keeps each visit efficient. Weekly also carries the largest standing discount at 20%.
- Can we exclude rooms we do not use?
- Yes. Formal dining rooms, guest suites and bonus rooms can be excluded or put on a rotation. We redirect that time into the rooms that are actually in use rather than finishing early.
- Do you clean covered patios and outdoor kitchens?
- They can be added to scope. Tell us at booking so the time is scheduled rather than squeezed onto the end of a visit.
- Do you serve Southlake, Colleyville and Watauga?
- Yes, along with the surrounding north Tarrant County communities. Call or text if you are unsure whether your address is in range.
