Why the recurring rate is genuinely lower
Two reasons, and neither is a promotion. First, a home cleaned on a rhythm has less bonded to it, so each visit takes less labor. Second, a repeating route is cheaper to run than scattered bookings — when a crew is already in Tanglewood on a Thursday, adding a nearby stop costs far less in drive time than a one-off across the county.
That is why the discount is fixed rather than introductory. It reflects a real cost difference, so it holds for as long as the schedule runs.

- Am I locked into a contract on a recurring schedule?
- No. It is a standing schedule you can pause, skip or stop with reasonable notice so the crew's day can be reworked. There is no term commitment.
- Does a one-time visit get less care?
- No. Same checklist, same standard, same guarantee. The differences are price, crew consistency and accumulated familiarity with the property.
- Should my first recurring visit be a deep clean?
- If the home has not been cleaned professionally in six months or more, yes. Otherwise the first several scheduled visits spend their time on backlog instead of maintenance.
